Couples Therapy

I work with clients who are monogamous, non-monogamous (ie., poly, open, etc.) and in platonic relationships (ie., friends and chosen family).

My areas of practice include, but are not limited to:

  • processing past and current experiences

  • moving through conflict and/or rupture

  • navigating and processing infidelity and/or betrayal

  • developing new practices around conflict

  • navigating communication challenges

  • navigating issues related to parenting (inclusive of step-parents or those partnered with parents)

  • navigating differences related to race, sexuality, religion

  • exploring or transitioning to non-monogamy (ie., open or poly)

  • navigating transitions and/or new boundaries (ie., moving in together, birth, etc.)

  • re-building and nurturing connection and intimacy

The following are areas I do not practice within and may provide referrals for:

  • sex therapy

  • discernment therapy, where couples are deciding whether to remain together or separate

  • situations where domestic violence is present
