Wherever you are in your journey, I warmly welcome you here.

I am a trauma-trained therapist who works with individuals and couples. I strive to create a space where everyone feels held with compassion, curiosity and gentleness. In my experience, such a space allows us to deepen into reflection and understand what a meaningful path forward may be: acceptance, change or perhaps something else entirely.

Because everyone is different, I pull from an eclectic set of skills. To learn more about my training and education, please read below.

To those who find it helpful to know more about me personally, I am a queer Muslim(-ish) femme and settler of colour with ancestral roots in Iran. My journey to healing-oriented work began thirteen years ago with feminist, community-based organizing. Those years were the beginnings of language-ing my own grief, my own rage, and my own woundings. I am indebted to the brilliant organizers, educators and artists who offered me language, wisdom and care.
